Privacy Policy for Platero Company Dashboard

Platero B2B Allowance Ecosystem • Company Dashboard Privacy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy governs the use of the Platero Company Dashboard ("company app"). Platero provides a B2B platform for corporate administrators and HR teams to manage employee meal allowance benefits. We are committed to protecting corporate and user personal data in accordance with applicable regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data We Collect

To facilitate corporate meal benefit distributions, payroll reporting, and invoicing, we process the following categories of data:

Administrator & Corporate Accounts

We collect company details (business name, billing address, tax identifier) and administrator contact info (name, professional email) to set up and manage your organization's benefit account.

Staff Directory & Allowances

To manage meal programs, administrators upload and store employee roster data, including employee names, work emails, department assignments, and designated daily/monthly spending caps.

Transaction & Usage Reports

The dashboard aggregates transaction telemetry (spend history, merchant names, timestamps, and order values) for payroll alignment and tax deduction verification. We do not track or report employee location coordinates.

Scope of Data Processing

The Company Dashboard is strictly used for benefit enrollment, budgeting configuration, payroll accounting, and invoicing. We do not sell corporate directory listings or employee telemetry to third-party marketing brokers.

3. How We Use Your Data

Corporate and employee directory details are processed to allocate meal stipends, generate consolidated monthly invoices, provide spend analytics, verify statutory tax compliance, and prevent budget abuse.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosures

Company or employee personal data is never shared with merchants; merchants only receive transaction authorization details (amount, reference, timestamp). Aggregate billing details are shared with payment gateway processors to execute monthly invoicing settlements. We do not share individual employee location logs with corporate administrators.

5. Data Security & Retention

We use industry-standard encryption protocols and secure tokens to protect your data during transit and storage. Transactions are validated using time-limited authorization checks. Your data is retained for as long as you are registered as an active employee under your employer's contract, or as required by regulatory compliance.

6. Administrator Rights

Authorized administrators can modify company settings, invite or revoke employee allowances, export transaction ledgers, and manage billing profiles. Account closure requests can be submitted through the dashboard or by contacting support.
