1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern corporate access to the Platero Company Dashboard ("company app"). The dashboard is provided to HR and administrative teams to manage employee directories and allocate meal allowances.
2. Roster Management & Accounts
Administrators are responsible for the accuracy of employee roster uploads, work emails, and budget configurations. Employers must promptly remove employees who cease active employment. No phone numbers are collected or stored for roster management.
3. Reports & Telemetry
The dashboard provides transaction records, monthly spend ledgers, and tax compliance billing logs. Personal geolocation coordinates of individual employees are never shared with or made visible to company administrators.
4. Billing & Invoicing
Employers agree to settle consolidated monthly invoices in accordance with their signed corporate contract. Failure to settle invoices within the agreed timeframe may lead to immediate suspension of all associated employee meal allowances.
5. Data Retention & Compliance
Corporate directories and transaction histories are retained in compliance with standard corporate audit requirements and tax laws. Personal employee profiles are deleted upon contract termination, subject to regulatory retention guidelines.
