1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern access to the Platero Merchant Dashboard ("merchant portal"). The portal enables business owners to manage store configurations, view billing logs, register payout accounts, and manage terminal pairings.
2. Store Management & App Visibility
By uploading store operational details (menus, pricing, working hours, photos, and location coordinates), you consent to displaying these details in the Platero Employee App. This configuration is used to enable staff discovery and restaurant visits.
3. POS Pairing & Device Revocation
Dashboard administrators can pair new POS terminals and revoke active device keys at any time. Revocation instantly invalidates the POS app token and prevents it from accepting further Platero benefit checkouts.
4. Financial Settlements & IBANs
Payouts are settled directly to the registered business IBAN bank account. Transaction records are shared with employer corporations for program auditing. You must verify and maintain accurate payment details; Platero is not liable for deposits sent to incorrect accounts.
5. Account Termination
Either party may terminate the merchant portal relationship with written notice. Ledger history and billing logs will be archived as required under statutory financial auditing and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
